Salvatore Barone joins the NY Cosmos in the NASL
BROOKLYN, NY - Our organization is proud to announce that Salvatore Barone has joined the New York Cosmos. Barone began playing for the Brooklyn Italians when he was four years old. Many of us in the club know him as Coach Sal when he helps teach the youngest in our club how to play the game in the Scuola Calcio
He had a brief stint in the New York Cosmos Academy and returned back to the Brooklyn Italians to compete in the NPSL. Barone attended St Francis College and played for their Men's Soccer Team in the Division 1 NEC Conference.
