Kids ‘R’ Kids Avalon Park offers before and/or after school programs that are above and beyond what you will find at the public school options. Plus, we have our very own bus transportation that makes it easy to join us. We provide pick-up and delivery of students to elementary schools throughout the community, including Avalon and Camelot Elementary School. Our goal is to enrich our children with a host of fun & exciting activities that they will enjoy. Once your kids experience our Extended Day program, they will never want to go back to the public school option!
Parents can choose to enroll their children at our incredible, large, and well-equipped campus in Avalon Park. We offer a plethora of special activities that students can participate in like playing EuroSoccer, Bowling Trips, Cooking Club, Wii Games, and Computer Club. The teachers at our afters school program are also happy to offer homework help and assistance with academic projects & reports.
The before and after school programs are closely supervised by our qualified staff and teachers in our secured, private buildings. Your children will be able to learn and play in a secure environment that will keep them fully engaged and having fun. It’s never boring at the Kids ‘R’ Kids Avalon Park after school program! Children can choose to hang out in one of our six “Zones”, including the Discovery Zone, the Open Air Zone, the Game Zone, the Media Zone, the Construction Zone, the Nova (artist creation) zone. There is always something special going on every day of the week.
Brainy Mondays – Every Monday we plan enrichment activities specifically designed to target important FCAT skills giving children the tools they need to succeed!
KRK Rocks on Tuesdays – Kids who join our band get to show off their Guitar Hero skills or singing skills.
Cooking Club Wednesdays – We’re always whipping up something tasty in the Kids R Kids test kitchens. Kids are learning how to prepare simple, tasty meals while having a great time!
Crafty Thursdays – Kids love crafts and we do too! The pride and sense of accomplishment gained by working individually or in small groups to actually make something is a great learning experience for children of all ages.
Field Day Friday – We get the kids up and moving while teaching teamwork and good sportsmanship. Whether it’s a pick up game of kickball or working it out on the Wii, it’s sure to be a good time!
